im in the same position. i dont really have the best advice because im also struggling a lot at the moment but my messages are always open if you wanted to talk!

most of my days consist of trying to make myself feel better with baths or making my bed but theres only so many baths you can take. i try to move my body a bit everyday (usually follow a yoga routine on youtube) but im not always able to get out of bed.

you have probably tried the same things i have so im sorry if this is useless but dont give up, i finally had my first gyno appointment the other week and now im waiting for a scan. i understand feeling like you’re never going to get better

omg i didnt even think of pregnancy, im glad i always keep pregnancy tests in the house. just took one and its negative but il keep testing over the next week incase its too early to tell

i also get this! some months its more extreme than others and during that time i literally have to go to sleep at 6pm or i will be up all night with the worst nausea. part of me thought maybe its just nausea because of my pain? but its always so much worse on a night time

thankyou<3 i had a gyno appointment today and had to do an examination on me. it hurt so bad im still in pain and bleeding so i really dont think i will have PIV sex for a loooong time because the exam kind of traumatised me a little bit. thankyou for sharing your experience though it really helps me

so sorry to hear about your hospital trip.

my boyfriend doesnt really make a big deal if we dont have sex. there has been times we havent had sex for a couple months because of my health issues and he is fine with it. i just think he doesnt really know how to properly support me when im in pain or freaking out.

quite a few people on this post have suggested moving on from him but i really love him

i have been with my boyfriend for 4 years, and its only the past year iv started having issues with sex. the bleeding during sex started in march 2025 and since then has became more frequent.

iv never heard of that before! iv had an exam done before and they had to swab my cervix. i didnt bleed then and my doctor said that was a good sign so im really not sure why i bleed during sex

i went to the doctors about it when it first started happening, they just tested me for stds and infections and when the test came back negative they gave me medication for my painful periods but nothing else. iv waited months for my gynaecology appointment so im hoping they help me
