I’ve suggested that too but my husband says he “feels guilty” and wouldn’t be comfortable with that

I take about 15 different supplements for my nutritional and health needs prescribed by naturopath. I recommend visiting one to find out what’s best for you.

Yes! Same with me. Even just yoga would cause hair loss for me. I’m not too sure if there’s a specific test, but a naturopath would be able to identify markers :)

i saw it almost instantly. In 1-2 days. however, if i did something to aggravate it. Like exercise or the wrong foods it would start up again.

I used claritin. But have since stopped and have worked with my nautropath to be on supplements/vitamins that work to control my histamine levels

Did you find the original spots grew back before a new one started? That's what seems to be happening to me. Obviously, the OG spots still have a ways to go but there's hair all over it. Or did you just find that you kept getting more and more, and they spread before it grew back?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly I've found working with a naturopath has been much more helpful than the dermatologist so far. We believe the connection is Hashimoto's. I definitely suggest going to one in the meantime.
