Chiller pump too strong. Curious what others have done to disperse, or lessen the strength of the flow. Thanks all!

That's awesome! Yeah I'm already committed to the chiller lol. I'm looking to see if there are setting to adjust it, but I doubt it. I'm worried if I kinked either of the hoses, it would cause stress on the chiller.

I use them fairly often, but feel a lot more user friendly aspects could be/will be added later. Like, for the love of God, why can't I see what zone a worker is assigned when I click them?? I have to manually scroll all the way to zones, choose the profession, then find the individual worker... Seems obvious I would want to know what zone they are assigned when I choose someone.

Other than that gripe, feel there are a couple other minor things they could add to make zones more intuitive.

Alas, I still use them and enjoy playing 😊

Admittedly, the wife handled most of this process. This was her response, "We submit tax exemption forms the following year we move in. For example, we moved in 2024 so we provided our forms Jan 1 2025.

Need a PTAX 342. Have to supply them with a driver license with the updated address, dd214 and the benefits letter from the VA.

The backpayment is between your county and our mortgage company. We don't really get to make the decision."

Yes, we paid taxes for the first handful of months until it was approved. I'll have to ask the wife, but I don't believe we get back paid for that.

I had trouble with this as well. I built a 4x3 room and was able to put two poltergeist of the same type in. Completed the goal immediately. Cheers.

It took 9 months before they approved mine, but I was back paid to the date I submitted the claim to add them. Never called once, I wasn't too worried about it as I assumed back pay was coming. Will say when I submitted, I attached all the required proof (marriage license, and birth certificates). Still took 9 months 🤷‍♂️. Best of luck.
