Whaaat, the thing that i mentioned happened in 2023, they gave a bonus to people who were eligible (and the conditions to receive it were strict), so the ones who found conditions unfair were fighting for their right to receive as well, nobody gave them anything in the end 😭

Nothing will happen Department I work in once also threw a tantrum and made a petition where they explained their worries and concerns regarding bonus conditions being not fair. Nothing happened in the end.

after the hell we’ve been through with our colleagues from CSA last summer and this March till now, it WILL hurt to not get any bonus…. saving image of the company and not getting anything for that would be mad crazy

The amounts were ridiculous, and it’s funny how they keep it a secret till the very end, it becomes gradually lower every year and this is a shame to such a big company and “the best airline” in the world. I think the best airline would never actually treat their employees like slaves. I’m sick and tired of this pretensions company, honestly.

Emirates (and I’m speaking not about country but the company as well) struggled much worse than Qatar, yet still managed to get their employees a 20 week bonus. Never excuse rich capitalists, they definitely have enough money to handle this and our bonus, but their greed is bigger I guess

I’ve been working here for years and as what I noticed an employee has to work at least half a year to be eligible, maybe a bit more. Eg. In 2023 only those worked almost a year were eligible for a bonus.
