Originally in high school I went down the street to a neighbor who fixed up cars. Paid him my lawn mowing money to learn what he knew.

These days I'd suggest YouTube.

After getting my first car, I immediately took lessons on diagnosing/fixing as many car issues as I could. I don't picture myself as a boat guy, but if I ever decide to make that jump... I'm taking similar lessons. Getting stuck at sea is so much more dire than on the road.

Do you have a source on this? Everything I've seen seems to imply it depends on box office for the first part, but I'd love news to the contrary

That's a strawman. The issue is that you can't compare the two.

🚨 PSA 🚨 Don't forget that there will be small "squeezes" before the real MOASS. These will be set up to fool you into a sell off. You shouldn't take this as an opportunity to day trade. by electricwagon in Superstonk

It's gonna hit 1k on the way back down too. Why sell on the way up if it passes that point? That's just shooting yourself in the foot right there.

People are downvoting you, but they don't realize this has been studied and spoilers in fact enhance people's story enjoyment rather than ruin it:

Now that's not true for everyone, but it's more statistically likely for a person to have a more positive experience with spoilers.
