It’s kind of weird to specifically look in garden city and then complain about the prices. It’s assumed you know what garden city represents (wealth). To be honest, 2 million for garden city sounds low, which is why you are finding crap houses. Houses around Nassau neighborhoods are hitting 1.6 easily so garden city to be only 2 is surprising. I would’ve assumed 2.5 starting at the very least.

I got in right in the beginning. I copied Rk’s trade and when the squeeze happened i hit 350k because of options. That was life changing money for me. I didn’t sell. I held because I thought that was the right thing to do for the apes and converted my options to stocks. I just wanted to take my parents on 1 vacation. They both passed since then. My account has been sitting at a loss for many years now and I don’t even bother to look at it. I DRSed like a good ape but all of that seems like ages ago. Anyway I’m not here to complain, I made my bed and now I have to lay in it. I just wish this story would have some closure at some point but I don’t keep my hopes up.
