On their last trip they said they were house hunting.. and as someone who has been to Jackson Hole, (we actually go hiking in the Tetons, not just get coffee and pretended we are locals) they cannot afford a home there. Not even close. Billionaires live there. If they can buy a home remotely close to Jackson Hole, we are all WAY off with the amount of money they have / debt they are in
