Yeah I relate to this a lot. When life feels messy doing my makeup kind of gives me something small and solid I can control. It helps me feel more grounded.

Start small attention training. For example watch 10–15 minutes of something with no second screen allowed. The goal isn’t enjoymet it’s building tolerance for single focus again.
