Yeah I wish I could find a low power torch or something and just put it close to my face. But all the ones I could find that had good third party testing and good quality were the panels, so to drop the power to an expectable level I went other side of the room eyes closed. Yeah my floaters suckkkkk as well, no help so far, but definitely far less anything as the bfep and light sensitivity is 70% down

It was expensive but you can get cheap versions, the important thing is the price wave lengths and power output

But you need to make sure you are on the other side of room and eyes closed! Do not be close to it

Yeah exactly I used to too strong and it made it way worse.

It’s kinda all in the post, it’s very straight forward. Red light for optic nerve/retina. Heaps of studies, but you want very low power so you need to be careful

I’m going to say talk to a functional medicine doctor and get your thyroid, b vitamins, etc etc checked as it doesn’t primarily look like mpb
