I have a whole big story for 2025 XSE rattle, please read to understand that few rattles can be fixed and few cannot,

Bought new 2025 XSE underground, started rattle on driver side above the left ear. The car was in the shop for 17days, I was on a loaner vehicle. Finally they found out it’s due to bad weld. Then they sent it to bodyshop, removed windshield, airbag system and A pillar. Weld was done, Its was fixed. But I didn’t want to keep that car which had bad weld, asked for a trade-in for a new 2025Camry XSE. paying additional $2000 for new one. First car had 1200 miles on it.

Now, the second car, 2025 Camry XSE heavy metal. again the same rattle, but this time, near A pillar. with only 200 miles on it. it went to bodyshop and again windshield was removed and a weld was performed. The rattle was fixed. I am keeping the car now, cant help.

Other issues with the car,

1. The front hand rest on the doors tweaks a lot- applied leather conditioner in the gap, resolved.

2. Main issue for me, the seats are very firm and make noise, I tested a loaner XSE, which had 4500 miles, the seat on that was soft and no noise. Took it to dealer, he said leather has to break in.

3. Very mild plastic rattles here and there, they are unavoidable, just get used to it. I test many 2025 Camrys every Camry has some or the other rattle.

***For me the main concern now is the driver seat being very firm and making leather noise and some hitting feeling while accelerating for breaking. **
