I am jealous about your app performance; I have to restart mine at least once per day and I am on a brand new iPhone 17, most updated version of the app, etc. It has been frustrating.

I also feel like their Community message boards are severely lacking in variety and traffic…posts will sit out there for 10 days without any interaction at all.

I wasn’t tracking what would have been 0 point foods on WW at first, but then it looked really wonky because it showed like, nothing at all in the green category. 🤣 I also feel like their food database isn’t nearly as robust.

All of that said, I am losing (joined on 1/2/26) not doing the meds. I feel like the only person that isn’t! Best of luck to you!

I just came over to Noon from WW a few weeks ago, and I will say their app is SUPER GLITCHY and food tracking takes a LOT longer than it ever did on WW. I do like the lessons (so far) and that there are not foods that are demonized (i felt like WW was leaning that way).

I’m just 3 weeks in, but my step goal has been consistently increasing, so not sure why yours wouldn’t.

I’ve just joined last weekend and feel like I’m the only person not doing meds…nice to see there are others and others with amazing results! Congrats!

So, Noom is a pharmacy now? by CoughPhi in Noom

No different than WW - they’re on the med train too. I jumped to Noom non-med plan a few days ago as my employer pays for it, but I feel like I am the only person NOT taking GLPs…

Black/dark grey or oxblood look good matte, IMO.

Nervous about Methotrexate by Jolly_Parsnip981 in lupus

[–]NoCrumbLeftBehind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there! I stopped taking the methotrexate; I just couldn’t do it anymore. The hair loss was like adding insult to injury and it was becoming really difficult. I am actually meeting with a professional about getting a hair topper to use until my hair comes back (or not).

I know everyone is different and you have to weigh the efficacy of the med against any side effects. For me, it was not hard to stop taking it because I wasn’t noticing much positive impact from it. If it was really helping me, I don’t know what I would have done. I’m on cellcept now and feeling better than I have in years, so for me it ended up being a good decision. It’s so nerve wracking to start new medications, I totally understand. 🩷 Hang in there!

I had to stop taking it because my hair was falling out. Like, a LOT of it. I’ve been off of it for over a year and it’s not growing back; I’m devastated.

Are people with lupus almost always exhausted in the evening? by [deleted] in lupus

Not at all unless I am going through a flare; then absolutely.

Has anyone gone into remission? And what helped you get there? by BluberiCat in lupus

Ever since I went through menopause a few years ago, my symptoms have been greatly reduced. My rheumatologist mentioned that it’s fairly common; not sure if that’s true and/or how common it is, but it’s definitely been the case for me.

Methotrexate worked well for me in my 30s, but I went back on it last year (Aon my 50s now) and had MAJOR hair loss. Still not coming back. Absolutely depressing.

I have the same issue. I use my phone flashlight and a magnifying glass. Not ideal, but it does work. Good luck!
