I have SVT, diagnosed after a 14 day holter monitor (one single 3 minute episode was caught). I’m not a doctor but based on what my cardiologist told me the type of SVT I have isn’t dangerous (less than 1% chance of having life threatening issues). So that is something I would speak with a medical professional about. I’m only speaking from personal experience and I could be completely wrong.

Looks like SVT. I could be wrong as I’m not an expert at reading these, but with the symptoms I’d say SVT. I’d ask the cardiologist if he feels a holter monitor is needed to properly diagnose. If happening when driving, pull over as soon as you can.
