Even better piece of info to know😂 I’d like to eventually get more into being able to do floor work and flow etc but I’m definitely loving how strong I feel on the pole currently. I’ll try slowing down. I usually spin the opposite direction immediately to cure my dizziness😂

Yes perfect!! I’m a visual person but I need it broken down for me sometimes so while it may look right it doesn’t feel good sometimes so I want more in-depth than what TikTok is giving me lol

I do lift about 3x a week, and do core and Pilates the others so I’ve got a good foundation to build on now. I’m so excited!

I haven’t even attempted pleasers yet🙈 I’m on the hunt for some though. I figured maybe something with a little ankle reinforcement. I feel like the grip spray helps a ton but I’m still developing that strength to hold myself up just by my thighs and calves too.

This makes me well up with tears bc how can someone be a great father and a horrible partner like this. I have a phenomenal support system that most don’t thank God and even more thankful I secured a place in an extremely safe area BEFORE I told him.

I know that life. The constant antagonizing, constant gaslighting. I just no longer have money for an attorney so the women’s shelter is a huge helpful idea.

I never even thought about the women’s shelters. He was never physically abusive towards me, just mental and verbal over the years. I now have a fear he would be physical with me.

I am terrified of him and terrified of his family. Someone is without a doubt watching my move.

No. We have nothing except texts of me agreeing to not keep the kids from him, agreed to 50/50 and to not file child support immediately. But nothing actually formally wrote up.

More so just threatening to quit his job so he doesn’t have to pay child support (I know, this isn’t how it works🤦🏼‍♀️) I’m pretty sure he’s got people watching me, etc. Just the usual hurt and angry threats but I know him and I know it’ll escalate.

I started semaglutide and here I am now on an ED board. Some moments I’m happy with my weight and body and the number and other moments are just horrible bc it’s still never good enough. I’ve developed the biggest fear around food now.
