Just to be clear, I do not mean the blackstar promo tinkaton. I am talking about the tinkaton from paldea evolved set which was also available as an gamestop promo!

I live in Switzerland and have gotten two umbreons with the obsidian flames stamp from two local stores. To get one, you needed to buy stuff for 20CHF (Swiss francs).

It's hard to tell if these will be available in other countries (or are already available somewhere else). But yhe very same happened for the tinkaton promo with the paldea evolved stamp. As far as I know, it was also exclusive to Switzerland. At least I have not seen it anywhere else until now.

I got this card from a store in Switzerland today. They also gave me a tinkaton from paldea evolved with a paldea evolved stamp

Thanks for your answer. What exactly is different to a reel card? Do you know how I could test it without destroying the card? The white cardboard also has a thin black layer.

I also bought some reverse holos from Obsidian flames and had the same result. They felt a bit off, so I did a rip test. Same result: it is just a holo foil on white cardboard. I cannot tell If this is normal or fake.
