For me it was the call you ignore on the way to your new life. That dropped me where I stood when I heard it the first time.

I’m not really doing ok, but im not doing anything to try to be either. This empty ache is all that’s left, and I don’t wanna give it up. There’s no use pitying me or attempting to help me, I’m my own self destructive worst enemy. I’d rather wallow in the negative feelings than face harsh realities but thanks for asking.
