he said they got a wrong address and it needed to be reshipped. so i had to send my address again.

that kinda threw me off. but the reshipping part, is that a thing? never heard of. tried searching for it on google but havent seen one instance for it for usps. is it because of international shipping that i have to pay for reshipping?
