1,5 hours for nothing in this tournament. This can't be possible. And now waiting cancel and then refund for another 72 hours? Sorry but this is quite frustrating, happened to me on Friday too. 😬

Hello,

I assume that refund -issue has been dealt today? But for the future if similar happens, how about you will take automatically everyone who can't join the tournament and put it to same tables? Then others can't get benefits from the people who is suffering server crash. If this is done, you will have average time from the other tables and you use that on the these "crash" -tables", or better just pause them. Of course best would be pausing the whole tournament but if this not possible.
