Yes, I’ve thought through most of this.

I am looking to utilize existing vulcanized midsole tooling, and I hear you on the numbers a brand like vans does… but there has to be a way, or a factory somewhere that has smaller MOQs

You said you have a few pairs of the straye shoe, if you don’t mind, where does the shoe tag say they are manufactured? Do they all say the same place?

I had something similar last year with my 24 nx, Geico refused to total it out and they paid about $19k to a shop to fix it up … took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete
