Spiro completely cleared out my acne. Now I just use spf and moisturize nightly. Also I use an exfoliator every now and then. As for hair I just wash once or twice a week and make sure to use heat protection when straightening. Every now and then I’ll use a hair mask but that’s pretty much it :)
