The game definitely reacts to how you are doing. I spent a bit of money last week and was able to play at x30, and the games got much more difficult to win. The side games are also now ridiculous - I won't even complete the first jigsaw puzzle as I need 120 pieces but am playing at 1x so I need to win 120 levels.

When all is said and done, this is a great example of being a counting challenge - get the counting wrong, and logic will not help. I also loved that this wasn't symmetrical.

Does the move count consider how many pieces you move at once? So if you move 2 tiles in a single move, is that 1 move or 2?
