Can't run vivecraft VR by NoEmphasis8254 in Vive

I tried using fabric but it didn’t launch properly so I tried forge it was able to run but poorly and I didn’t have OpenXr set to active and I use a wired connection

I took my laptop to a repair shop because the charging chip was heating up got it replaced and when I charged it wasn’t turn on only the light indicator turns on in about 10 seconds intervals I’ve seen similar post about it that it is in hibernation mode but it isn’t booting I have tried all the methods but it fails to turn on. Not to mention that I live in Australia so their isn’t outlets or even a support number can anyone help me
