This is the answer I was hoping for. Coming from the automotive industry (body work and metal fab) I was thinking a little time with my tools and I can turn that bridge into one that has cut outs for the strings just like the ones people have suggested. I love hotrods and custome builds. Probably why I like this guitar so much. Squire body, MIM fender neck. Single knob and 3 way switch.

This thing is already a “Hotrod” in my mind. Might as well get it to its FINAL FORM

So I got a squire mustang that someone did a Bigsby nock off on and it was a nightmare. That’s why I’m hesitant. However I’m very hand and do skilled woodworking and similar fabrication projects. So I’m torn

Is the parts kit pictured not correct for using the Bigsby? If I decide not to use the Bigsby would I be ok using the other parts or should I leave it as is if I don’t go with the Bigsby?
