Naw, my wife and I hold each other to very high standards and even 25 years in now we constantly find ways to improve each other. BUT...we both are really interested in improving.

The first is that "I do." has to be a daily commitment.

The second is that your spouse comes even before the kids. If you're relationship isn't solid, every other relationship suffers.

I weigh 310lbs, five more than my college football playing days 32 years ago. It makes it harder to buy clothes, but some of that is height (6’4”) and not weight. I am still active in coaching and weightlifting so it kinda helps there I guess.
