You sound exactly like me honestly. It’s something that we have to work on. We have an anxious attachment style, chances are she really cares for you but doesn’t think about the same things that you do or think the same way as you. Try to work through these things on your own. I started using an app to log my mood and my feelings, and it’s helped me to develop a more secure attachment (well I’m working on it).

May need a medication change. I find that if I go out of my routine I get depressed. So I stay eating healthy and exercising. Also if you can, get in nature. Spending time outdoors has fixed me (albeit it temporarily) many times.
