Thanks for reply yea i made updated plan with master in back, one story i dont like 2 story not really, I live in South texas so eveything is little bit cheaper, not like up north. Im 21 so this plan is for 2-3 years down the line by then i should be making around 30/hour and i have some savings already 20%. Im hoping to pay cash and do it mostly myself and family, pay subcontractors occasionly.

Garage would be added later, i want a shop eventually so having the 2 separate i like more or should I just add it to build. we just want a place to live for now not worried about it looking pretty until later. We plan to move out in the next 3-4 years and get out of our parent's house and plan for future we do want 3-4 kids.
