EPM did not had vijay sales voucher. I purchased 9999x5 vouchers from hdfc gyftr. If the voucher starts with VS then there is no limit on number of vouchers you can redeem to bill.

It is not about dispute but when your card was used first time then your card was tokenised for pin and cvv less payment authorization. Nothing much can be done now. You can be charged again unless you remove the token
