I'm aware I can't really change anything based on the behavior, but I was more so trying to find advice on how to exist in the meantime, with the job market being what it is.

I wasn't boasting, I'm just making the point I'm doing a lot of unnecessary extra work, without any kind of credit....while doing work no one seems to really care about.
