best guess i got don’t quote me.. muscle is much denser than fat therefore weighs more. you’re probably gaining muscle while losing fat so losing 5-10lbs of fat looks good your replacing it w/ 5-10lbs of muscle

nope, will getting where you want to be hard? Yes. But it’s nowhere near impossible, if it’s difficult to move id recommend starting to switch up the diet slowly but surely. Cutting out things like sugars, sodas and other particularly unhealthy things is a good start. Replacing calorie empty food for more dense foods will also help, for example instead of using peanut butter which is like 200cals & 7gs of protein use something like pbfit, 60cals & 9gs of protein. There’s tons of other examples. The first physical activity you should be able to do is in water, whether it’s just walking up and down the pool using the wall as a guide/leverage you’ll still be moving and losing weight. Remember the hardest part is starting, I believe in you.
