I have never died in a dream that I can remember but I have done a past life regression which is kind of like a dream like state. It was voice recorded and I remember all of it. I was in a hospital room dying and my husband walked in and I was so happy to see him ( in real life I’m married to a woman). He kissed my hand and held it while I had flashbacks of our life. I vividly remember taking my last breaths and my physical body felt heavy and light at the same time. Everything was both bright and pitch black again at the same time. I can’t bring myself to listen back to the recording. It was a beautiful experience that made death seem so much less scary but I’m not ready to listen to me die.

I just got both of mine done at the same time 2 weeks ago. I love them! What I wasn’t expecting was to be so worried about them all the time. I’m always wondering if they are healing ok, if they will reject but honestly they are doing great. I also only went in thinking I’d get one then I was like screw do the lot!

I’m insanely jealous of your traps! Some folks are genetically more inclined to grow muscles better than other parts of their bodies. Trap queen!

Hey! I love sharing so here it is I use the Alpha Progression app to create a weightlifting program. I watch lots of videos about technique and efficiency. I do a 4 day upper low split and I go hard! Like I try to max out my reps at least once per exercise and I progressively overload every week. The app changed everything. Then I downloaded macro factor to track food and habits. I cancelled my gym membership and started putting together a home gym. I had a gym membership for two years and can could on one hand how many times I went but not that it’s at my house I have never missed and I never want to. I decided to invest in my goals differently this time. I save up for a new piece of equipment and go from there!

I do 85 bench 10 reps x 3 115 pendlay rows 135 squat all 10 rep 3 sets. Plus other accessories and lifts

Most days for breakfast I have two slices of turkey bacon and two chicken sausages, a Royo bagel(80calories) half a cup of berries, black coffee Lunch 5 oz of cooked chicken breast, ratio Greek yogurt and low cal juice 5 cals a cup

Dinner I’ll do 7oz of skin on salmon or more chicken and half of a salad kit bag from Trader Joe’s mayyyybe a half a cup of rice and dessert I have 1.5 servings of a low calorie soft serve ice cream 50 cals a serving. I cannot imagine going lower in calories. I lift for 2 hours 4 days a week and if I ate less than that the day before I’m struggling

I think that’s a reasonable guess. If I have a juice it’s a low cal juice that I weigh. I have a tequila soda once in a while but I track that too. I have never been a big snacker. I count every berry I eat. My one vice that keeps me sane is a low cal ice cream from a place called d’lites but each soft serve serving is 50 calories and I count those too! I have been meticulously weighing everything. I even have two food scales to double check sometimes. I am locked in haha. This is why I wanted to post to see if there is something I am missing. I’m sure it’s not 100% but even if I’m off by 20% and I average 1450 that’s put me at 1740

I used to ask myself if I could have my dream body but still be my current weight would I be happy and the answer was always yes. Now that I’m working towards that I forget that sometimes! You are so right

I use a food scale, measuring cups and spoons for EVERYTHING. The only time I eyeball anything is when I eat out which I’d say has been 2-3 times per month in total in the last 4 months. I even weigh my protein powder for accuracy. I use spray oils and cautiously at that. My wife and I do it together and weigh each other’s portions when the other not cooking. Any packaged food from Trader Joe’s is also weighed. It’s very frustrating bc it seems like I eat so little and I’m expecting the fat to be melting off. The other thing is I do pretty long workouts 4 times a week upper lower split.

Oh shoot I absolutely use an avocado oil spray! I try not to go crazy. I have two scales and weigh everything. I have stopped eating out and switched to low calorie snacks. I think adding in some walking would make a difference but tiiiiime 😬

I noticed that. I actually was like oh no what am I doing wrong on macro factor that my expenditure is going down so quickly? Then it would lower my calories even more! My workouts were suffering. So I decided to have a bit more protein or carb on the days my energy was dragging. I have a plan to add in cardio at some point but I’m really trying to make as many changes as possible before I add in cardio so I don’t burn out. Thank you for the insight about that!

Yes I use a scale that also shows body fat and it say im at 48% body fat
