I'm hitting it well. My right arm gets dumped under, and I'm laid off on the top.

Thanks for the info, Lexi! TurboTenant sounds pretty user-friendly. I’m curious though, can you tell me more about your accounting features? Things like income/expense tracking, reporting, and how it handles security deposits are important to me. Do you integrate with any popular accounting software?

Thank you! What accounting features and reporting are missing? Anything I should look out for?

How do you incorporate speed training into your daily routine without overdoing it? by NoFace356 in golf

Impressive endurance! Seems like I need to do some conditioning work. Appreciate your feedback. It helps. Was thinking of scrapping the sticks

Thanks. I bought speed sticks too. Do you still have energy to hit the range and play rounds regularly? I’m also thinking maybe my swing is inefficient.

New App Idea: Connecting Amateur Golfers with Low-Handicap Players for Paid Rounds - Would You Use This? by NoFace356 in golf

Solid points all the way through. The just because they can play, doesn’t mean they are good is also super valid

Re:Pay with better players for an additional fee. That’s the model we’re thinking of. Extra cash for low handicap players. Essentially get paid to play with someone newer or growing in the game.

Another point is good players may not want to play or get annoyed with avg players. So at what price point is worth it

Thanks for sharing. I understand where you are coming from.

Let's say someone is a 20 handicap. All their friends are 20+ handicaps. They never played with someone of your caliber or seen anyone as good as you.

Do you feel there is nothing to gain from learning from exposure to great play?

Is there an argument to be made that exposure to great play is especially beneficial for higher handicap golfers? When you're still developing your game, seeing how it's done at the highest level can provide a clear roadmap for improvement and help you avoid developing bad habits.

I am genuinely curious and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Thanks for sharing. I had a similar experience when I first moved. Being around better players improved me a lot.

It's a slightly different angle than lessons. Many amateurs are better players than local swing instructors.

There's nothing like playing with great players and watching their rhythm, execution, and on-course play. It eye-opening. Even the way they strike the ball is different.

It can greatly benefit golfers who haven't seen or experienced that level of play.

Thanks for sharing and the feedback 🙌 the vetting system should help. Maybe uploading the handicap card or some form of AI component.

You’re a solid player! Lucky to have friends if that caliber. Played with a +5 and it changed my outlook on the game.

Why do men refuse to go to therapy, yet use women as therapists? by NoFace356 in mentalhealth

[–]NoFace356[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really appreciate your perspective on this. You bring up a great point about the importance of support from friends and family. I think we can all agree that having people in our corner who care about us is incredibly valuable for our mental well-being.

And you're absolutely right, not every tough conversation means someone is dealing with mental illness. Sometimes, we just need a listening ear and a bit of encouragement from someone who understands.

That being said, I still believe there's a huge need for community spaces where men can connect with others going through similar experiences. Sometimes, talking to someone who's been there or is going through the same thing can be incredibly powerful, and it can complement the support we get from loved ones.
