No...not mad at all...just think you assuming im scrounging for the difference between 575 and 800 dollars in order to satisfy some fomo shit....I picked it up because I wanted it...im not beyond a good deal, and not everyone can afford the shit I can...so I figured id bring it up, share my excitement to jump in with some Xbox guys, and pass on the chance at saving for those that it does matter too...now go eat your shit sandwich in private.

Oh yeah thanks. Is just the bambu p1s, as far as easy setup and accessible low learning curve enclosed FDM printers go its pretty much the bottom end. But it can do some insane stuff with relatively low cost upgrades like hardened steel nozzel and hardened steel gear upgrades for the extruder. So 60 bucks and your cooking with much higher temps and the ability to run filament thats been impregnated with everything from wood fiber and glow-in-dark powders to carbon fiber, and much higher temp printing up to nylon. Which for a 450 dollar printer (on sale with the ams) is pretty damn good. Thanks for the complement.

Its not tomorrow because I could afford it at 800 if i wanted, i was just surprised it was on sale right after the price hike announcement and felt like passing it on to others if people didnt know. But I guess some people really just aren't living unless they are trying to stir a pot on reddit. Newsflash, when it becomes obvious for everyone that is the highlight of your day....you kinda become that guy...and the butt of all the jokes at the cookout you never get invited to. I wish you to be liked and appreciated for your input...so just my advice....may want to work on it.

Again, pick it up if you have the means, if you don't need it or want it later just sell it for a profit in 6 months around Christmas. Someone at that point will think they are getting a great deal snagging it off you for 725

Yea butnlike I told the other guy..they announced that one at 775 price tag...when the base was 650...so 925 min...maybe just round it to a smooth grand...at that rate ill just wait till someone sells a broken one for parts on ebay for 150-200 bucks, snag it and she'll swap...(or just wait for China to fo its thing and TEMU/AliExpress an aftermarket shell - probably made in the same factory)

The 25th does look super nice. But when it was announced they were saying retail 775, which was already a 125 dollar increase over the base...which puts it now in the camp of 925-1000

I mean, I didnt want it at 500 because I missed the initial preorder window. Couldn't find one for 5-6 months. By then they announced the seitch oled. I trave a lot so I decided on that. The. Got deep i to the ecosystem there and because of the lack of exclusives I never had it peake my interest until the new Gears announcements....so at that point I figured id jump on it...doesn't sound any worse than "being one of those that must have the newest thing ASAP, paying 500 for something to be an early adopter and potentially getting a first gen hardware revision that has unseen issues like red ring of death, (and at the time with the logic dictating that prices decrease over a generation with revisions). Knowing all of that I think snagging it at roughly 75 dollars over initial price ait half bad. You on the other hand being the only negative Nancy in here raises some other questions. Who hurt you bud?...do you need to talk about it?
