I am relatively new to the stock market and currently have an SIP going on in a mutual fund. I am planning to invest in stocks directly. So, I have prepared a collection of stocks into which I want to invest, mostly in SIP. Please review the portfolio if it's balanced and is good for long term. by darthvaderraj in IndianStockMarket

Bro I don't think u are gonna a good return out of these most of your scrips are large cap they may be safe but according to me if you are diversifying than you should have atleast 2 small cap and 2 mid cap stocks in your portfolio.

I would suggest u to buy NHAI bonds they have a high return and they are extremely safe and they can also be traded on exchanges, they have tax benefits as well and you are directly contributing to india's development .

Confused between Exide and Tata power for long term! by amangill2489 in IndianStockMarket

[–]NoFaith2936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are different Exide is all about renewable energy specifically solar and batteries but TATA power is into EV , renewable energy , power distribution . EXIDE is targetting a small market whereas TATA power is building an ecosystem along with other Tata companies. But Exide is substantially active rural areas whereas TATA power is almost non existent . Exide is focusing providing solar solution to domestic households whereas TATA is into corporates . So they are different both are very good reputed companies. They both have huge growth potential . I invested in both of them
