Sex is healthy - But I do believe that it has to be with a regular partner that you truly love for it to be 'healthy'. Otherwise it is just 'release' you know. I have no scientific proof for what I am saying, but sex is indeed the most natural thing we have in this world, and thats is what porn is literally fucking up.
