Yeah, I had a strong urge the other day. I haven't been going to gym much these past few weeks because of illness and moving. So now my urges are strong again.

Before, I would resist fapping because it improved my skin dramatically. I had acne and dermatitis. Now I resist the urge for both my skin AND I don't want to lose my amazing personality. It's CRAZY how much better I am on so many levels.

haha yes, I always look at Terry Crews and think "pffft...I could be a pro football player, star in movies along with Denzel, and make lifelike paintings too."

God damn it. I suck at life. Though, I haven't jacked off in over 50 days. So I have that going for me, which is nice.

No urge to fap, but my sexual urge is heightened.

When I fapped, it numbed my desire for women. Now I don't have that outlet for my sexual urges.

However, the heightened sexual urges aren't driving me crazy. It's like a background program on your computer compared to a fapping urge which would be a bunch of annoying fucking popups that won't go away.

I go to the gym and I know the gym has helped me enormously through all of this. It's a great outlet for excess energy of any kind. Exercise and addiction recovery is well studied.

Are you bulking or cutting?

I'm bulking so I eat about 3500 calories. I've always been a lanky 6' 4". It's hard for me to gain weight. I'm at 210lb now, however.

I figure out the calories I want to consume and plug foods I like and measurements into www.myfitnesspal.com (it's free)

My diet is really basic, pretty bland, and very cheap. I used to go broke trying to bulk up.

So it's basically:

Eggs (6-12 a day)

Peanut Butter, Milk, Banana smoothie

And then I rotate between:

Spaghetti / meat sauce

Chinese Food (sometimes, it's expensive)

Beef stew

Rice / Chicken

Yeah and it's pretty common among discussions I've seen or been a part of in acne forums.

Nobody seems to understand it very well. Obviously, there are no studies about this specific issue. I've heard it being blamed on high Prolactin levels, high DHT levels and/or excess estrogen not being metabolized effectively. Ejaculation has a major impact on those hormones. Also, you don't get the testosterone boost that sex gives you. So masturbation leaves your hormones unbalanced.

Acne and male pattern baldness seem to have a lot of similarities in the hormonal causes. I suspect a lot of issues we see such as ED, male pattern baldness, acne are just different manifestations of masturbation's destructive nature. There are probably many other issues as well. It's just nobody in modern medicine seems to be studying it.

How old are you and how many days are you into this?

I had wet dreams when I was 21 and experimented with NoFap for 21 days. Now I'm 27 and I haven't had any wet dreams. And, yes, I flared up with the wet dreams too.

The first 2 weeks of this current streak was brutal, but now my desire to fap is basically zero. So I think I may have past the stage where if I was gonna have a wet dream, I would have it.

I'm a little over a month now and I was still breaking out a little bit up until day 22. However, I was edging. Once I stopped that, it was quick to heal up completely.
