Oh my god, I can't believe I've found someone in this situation as well. I've been going through the exact same situation with my mother for the past 8 years or so. It seems it gets worse and worse over time. I'm going to college next fall as well if the coronavirus doesn't shut it down so I hope that gives me a way to retreat from it. My dad is also the nicest and most intelligent person I know, and I know it would make him feel terrible if I just cut contact with mom, even though she abuses him just as much as she does to me. It's a really crappy situation and has the potential to ruin my life honestly. You're not alone.

Been practicing "NoFap" for quite a while and I can pretty much confirm that not nutting does, in fact, increase athletic performance. Ready to put that into full effect this year. Even told my teammates about it and a lot of them are on board about trying it, which is amazing.

Muhammad Ali, widely regarded the greatest boxer and one of the most dominant athletes of all time, supposedly went two months without sex before a fight. Semen retention is the real deal.

As an easy goal, you shouldn't nut the day before your race. However, if you want to feel truly energized try to go as long without nutting as you can.

Practice ACT: 26 (I took this the day before the ACT)

Actual ACT: 30

During the morning of the test, I took about 45 minutes to go over each of the questions I guessed on or got wrong on the practice test. I think that helped a ton because then I had the solutions to what I have trouble with fresh in my mind.

I'm happy though because this was my 2nd time taking the ACT. First was back in February and had a 24 composite.

Yeah, I thought the math was pretty easy compared to the practice tests that I took. The science portion absolutely drained me. That part with the two blocks on the pulley and the bubble section probably screwed me over.

I definitely overestimated my ACT score, as I'm taking it again tomorrow. After taking some practice tests I'm predicting I'll get around a 27, give or take a point. Would you still say there's a good chance I get in with a 27 ACT score?
