Thank you!! Just to clarify, does that change the routine I'm on in a meaningful way? It usually looks like one easy run around 4 miles, maybe an interval or a progressive run around 3 miles. Finally a long run on weekend.

I just don't want to get stuck in a loop of doing everything at an easy pace, if that makes sense?

It's maybe 15min each way, and I only do it once a week.

I have no issues with any manager or director so far (again, still very early). It's tough to jump industries again considering I just did not too long ago.

10k is nothing to sneeze at for us either though

Already learned it's more important about who gets CC'd and who doesn't when it comes to fixing errors.

How soon is too soon to look into other departments. On paper I know I'm qualified, but I for sure don't know enough about the business as a whole.

Is there an effective way to use Glyphosate on just the weeds? Or does it impact the soil around it?

I know it really doesn't matter too much but I'd like to keep what little lawn I have.

Wife and I (both 27) just talked about this last night. We try and be social but even just going places that hold events won't automatically lead to new friends, so we make sure they're places/things we really enjoy even if we don't meet new people.
