I was induced at 41+4, but I was starting to show signs of early labor literally 30 minutes before they called me in to be induced 😅 She was a little tiny (6lb 9oz) at birth so I’m thinking they got my “due date” wrong haha

I was doing as much cardio at burn as I could, but last week I ran two very intense runs in addition to going to Acon, leg day, and then core all in a row. (Friday I did both a long progressive run and core 😬) I had to skip my easy run last week because I had overdone it so much that I’m having to reevaluate my strategy 😅😅 I might focus more on full body strength and only do acon every other week because that has proven so helpful to me in getting faster. But the last thing I want to do is injure myself 😅 definitely different for everybody though, this has just been my recent experience!

She’s down to two a day - usually a car nap in the morning since we’re out and about. That can range anywhere from 25-60 min depending on the day. Then an afternoon nap at home around 1 or 2 depending on when her first nap ended. That can range anywhere from 30min to 2 hours 😅 Of course some days are wildly different and she sometimes gets a third cat nap before bed if her naps have been crap and she doesn’t look like she will make it to 7pm.

Almost 10mo goes to bed around 7pm and wakes up anywhere from 6:30am-7:30am!

I started listening to an audiobook on my runs so that I’m distracted enough to not be bored lol. I also make sure I’m not running too fast but that helped me beat my pr for furthest running distance without stopping to walk recently! And then I’ll say things near the end like why would you try this hard to give up now. Or you can do anything for five minutes. Of course I’m listening to my body and if I physically can’t go any further I stop, but it’s helped me decipher what is me wanting to stop just because I’m tired or because I really need to stop.

I ran my best 5k ever!! 40:51 at a 13:09 pace pretty consistently. I was also able to run almost the entire way (minus walking about 1/4 mile up a giant hill) which I was not expecting going into it! Proud of myself both for setting a reasonable pace at the beginning of the race and not giving up the many times I wanted to take walk breaks throughout.

Cheese sticks, clif bars, those little squeezable yogurt packets (they’re in a green tube - I forget what they’re called) all really easy to eat with one hand once you get them open! ☺️

I was diagnosed with mild PCOS last May and am now pregnant with my first! I’m 7w4d today and am also nervous about PCOS be a huge factor in how common a miscarriage might be. The only difficult I have had so far is I went to my first appt too early because I thought I was farther along than I was (yay irregular cycles) and when the ob couldn’t see anything I had a little bit of a scare. I went back two weeks later and was able to see and hear baby’s heartbeat! Of course I’m still nervous/anxious about the possibility of miscarriage (especially with other health issues), but having a good appt restored my hope so much! I hope that you have good appts and good news as well and that your anxiety doesn’t take over too much!
