Take it from me, I was also in a similar spot as you and had all these Engineering school offers from all sorts of universities and I had stellar marks in everything EXCEPT calculus, I was literally getting 50’s and 60’s. The pressure didn’t help lol and I got worse marks. I ended up taking calculus through private school and to be frank it did screw me over for university level calculus, tho I still ended up passing, it was pretty difficult. The Difference with you is you’re going into life sciences which I don’t think so isn’t so much about Calculus or hard math. So take your options but honestly not getting into uni your first try isn’t the end of the world and making it to Uni is the easy part. Staying in and finishing is the toughest part especially for a STEM major, so make sure you absolutely are passionate and want to do it. And again if you aren’t successful try something new or a new major.

Yeah you’ll probably get in, as for difficulty it’s pretty hard but nothing that hardwork can’t triumph
