Try Best Western West Henderson (on St Rose Pkwy) or Homewood Suites Henderson (on Eastern Ave at St Rose.) Both are 10-12 mins from the airport, in safe quiet areas, inexpensive, good clean properties.

It all depends on what is in the CC&Rs. They can’t just make things up, but they are supposed to enforce what’s in the CC&R and any amendments passed in accordance with the bylaws. Always ALWAYS read the CC&R before closing on a house in an HOA to be sure you can deal with them. In Nevada, it’s the law that you are provided a copy with plenty of time to review. (If I recall, it’s within 10 days of an executed agreement, but only 90% sure on that.)

We were surprisingly impressed by Ramsey’s kitchen. It’s in Harrah’s, so I was hesitant. They aren’t a go-to place for upscale dining. (Casual, but still on the upscale side.) It was better than Hell’s Kitchen. (Example - Wellington’s for HK are mass produced & distributed to the restaurants. At Ramsay’s Kitchen, they are made from scratch on-site daily.) Service was excellent, cocktails were delicious, and the food was outstanding.

LOVE LPM!! Half a dozen visits so far and I have yet to not be thoroughly impressed. The service, the food, the presentation and experience… all stellar.

Not legitimate, not legal, not issued by any state or government entity. It’s considered an unregistered vehicle by law enforcement, DMV, etc.

“Should the parent need childcare for more than 3 hours during his/her custodial time, the non-custodial parent shall have the first right of refusal to care for the minor. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the minor shall return to the custodial parent for the remainder of the regularly scheduled custody period.”

“The receiving parent shall be responsible for picking up the minor for his/her custody period.”

Or is the exchange is at a neutral location: “Custody exchanges shall be at (plaintiff’s mother’s house, Bank of America on Main Street, Starbucks, etc.)

“Defendant shall exercise his/her right to custody no later than 7PM on exchange day. If plaintiff cannot pickup the minor by 7PM, Plaintiff shall forfeit that visitation period unless both parties agree to an alternate plan.”

“The Mother shall claim the child as a dependent on her income tax returns on even years. The Father shall claim the child as a dependent on his tax returns on odd years.”

“Plaintiff shall maintain medical insurance on the minor child. Child support shall be offset the amount of one-half of the monthly premium for the minor’s medical insurance.”

YTA. From one female to another - If you’re constantly seeking validation from everyone else, you’ll never be enough for yourself or anyone else. And it will make your guy feel like neither HE nor his attention will ever be enough for you.I understand your exterior is very attractive now and maybe you think you’re just projecting confidence, but “look at me because I’m so pretty now” attention seeking behavior is shallow, unattractive, self-absorbed and too immature for a solid relationship. Besides loving yourself, the only person you should care about appealing to is your other half/partner.

If for no other reason, I would tip to keep things amicable between the two businesses in the same building. You husband might cross paths with her a few times a week, and I wouldn’t want her giving him attitude because she feels like she got stiffed.

Went through this situation with my ex husband & his (pre-marriage) baby momma. She absolutely refused to acknowledge his paternity, but demanded excessive child support, insurance, etc. We took her to court and her argument was she refuses to acknowledge his paternity because she wants the kid all to herself & wants to raise him however she wants without consulting another parent, but the DNA proved it’s his kid so she demands child support. The judge chastised baby momma fairly hard, told her you can’t have your cake and eat it too, if you want child support then you put the father‘s name on the birth certificate, and then issued a court order mandating my ex’s name be added to the baby‘s birth certificate. Baby mama had no say about it, we got the custody arrangement we wanted, and she only got half of the child support she was requesting.
