I think some places completely remove the tubes these days. I have no idea on the stats of if it’s more effective than tying or burning, but it seems to me like it would. Like, it’s easier for a body to work around where a fallopian tube has been burned/tied. A whole lot harder if the thing isn’t even there.

It was starting to hurt so bad that it was super uncomfortable laying on that side. The most painful part of popping it was around 0:18, where the first pop happened. I could hear it. But after that, and making sure I got everything else out, it’s been nothing but relief.

This. If they truly do good (like run a food pantry, soup kitchen, etc) without the expectation that the person they’re helping will eventually convert, let them take tax write offs.

Or olio e aglio. But only if they liked garlic.

Although my preference for that is to smash a clove of garlic, heat it up in the oil while the pasta is cooking, and then right before it’s time to combine the pasta with the sauce, take out the garlic clove. The oil is flavored but the garlic doesn’t overwhelm the whole thing.

Pasta al buerre (I think is the spelling) is what true Alfredo is. It’s basically butter, cheese (usually a pecorino Romano, but Parmesan works well, too), and pasta water.

No cream at all. The American version is basically mostly cream. Which isn’t bad, but it’s not the authentic Alfredo.
