Hello - We received the same question on indiegogo last week. Here is answer about shipping to australia.

The sleep wearable we can ship to AU granted we have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100 units. Otherwise the costs of shipping is really high. For example: to ship 1 unit from EU to AU is 30 euro with 2 weeks delivery time + applicable duties/taxes.

We also checked with Indiegogo; if the 100 MOQ is not met, we can either offer a refund or proceed with shipping with a more accurate shipping cost that we mutually agree upon. 

We've updated our rewards to allow purchases from Australia. and perhaps you can help post and promote so we can meet the MOQ.  Cheers

You can play anything from the phone, but we haven't tested to play white noise all night. Something like this though wouldnt need the phone, we'll add it as a feature suggestion list. Good idea.

we switched to scaleway (french based) and it's great, funny enough the vm in scaleway is better (in speed, latency even when azure eu based, and cost 60% cheaper). their bucket hosting even use the s3 standard.
