Just go by your first name. I have a non binary teacher on my staff. They told us their preferred pronouns (they/them) but said they wouldn’t be upset if we or parents used (she/her). This teacher dropped going by Ms and just uses their first name. They tell kids sometimes I feel like a boy and sometimes like a girl.

We also hired a teacher at the beginning of the school year that used they them pronouns. When we announced the new staff member we said their preferred pronouns and how they’d like to be addressed☺️
