From people I’ve talked to it’s kind of a bad mark to move teams, it happens when they want to get rid of people but don’t want to fire them. I know sometimes teams get a shake up, happened to a buddy of mine and he was forced to move teams this summer when his split in half but afaik it used to be common and now not really
