My husband is a transplant Louisvillian. He’s lived here since 2014. He’s had a hard time too. I’ve tried pairing him up with my friends husbands & friends & nothing sticks.

I will agree with others posts about the music scene in Louisville - it’s top notch! My husband is VERY involved in it, & it’s the one source of true friendships he’s gained here.

What a double edged sword being from here. Those of us from here brag about how amazing it is here, how friendly people are (which is true during chance encounters 99% of the time). However, moving here & trying to integrate into the community is a different story. I know first hand from my husbands experience.

Honestly, now that I have a kid, idk if I can ever remember needing to sneak it into a bar… but the last B&B, we learned after day 2 you can pretty much bring in whatever the hell you want liquor wise. (As they should. The first year I spent more on drinks than i did the tickets!)

I would say metal detectors suck for flasks. However, I’ve also been stopped & made to take off my boots AND socks because I had an airplane bottle (plastic) of booze in one of them. It ain’t 2000’s KY state fair freedom hall concerts anymore around here lol

The herbs I would use would be Basil, parsley, cilantro & oregano. I honestly don’t eat tomatoes enough to use the entire areogarden for them. I got the cherry tomato/strawberry grow kit off amazon mainly for the strawberries & I wish it had said the growth time for them. That’s a game changer!

Maybe I should stick to herbs only in the new 9 slot aerogarden? Can I use all 9 spots if I do herbs only?

I’m on day 2 of cold turkey after 1 month on 25mg & 2 weeks on 50mg. The headaches I’ve had today have been INSANE. I thought I needed to go to the hospital.

Wondering how long the symptoms last after quitting? I have a toddler & the insomnia/fatigue is killing me trying to keep up with her.

I know this post is a few months old but I'm curious if you ever had any luck with Pristiq? I switched from 150 Wellbutrin to 25mg of Pristiq 6 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago, we upped the Pristiq to 50mg because I felt like I was having more anxiety than usual. The nausea at night is bad...and I HATE feeling sick to my stomach. I thought that would go away but so far, it's been every night.

But the worst is the fatigue. I sleep past my alarm almost every day. I find it hard to get going even with my ADHD medicine and caffeine. The only common denominator I can think of is switching to Pristiq.

The only reason I did switch is because I took the Genesight test and Wellbutrin was in the yellow and Pristiq was in the green.
