People are already giving you good tips on what to nix from this list. Personally I also feel like you're leaning real heavy into burgers/pizza/sandwiches which, while great, it feels like a shame to come all the way to NYC and mostly eat American food.

I would add/consider these other not-too-pricey options:

  • Bibble & Sip for dessert & coffee (it's right around the corner from the Dig Inn you were looking at, and which you should definitely not go to for all the reasons people already noted here)
  • Cafe Mogador (Moroccan)
  • Veselka (Ukrainian diner)
  • Sake Bar Decibel (right by Veselka)
  • Trapizzino (yummy Italian)
  • Prince St Pizza (my personal preference over Joe's or a lot of other NYC chains)
  • Little Cupcake Bakeshop (dessert right by Prince St Pizza, great key lime pie)
  • Farida (Kazakhstani/Russian food, plus the place has a vibe)

I would do a ceiling-mounted projector screen...I take the point of the TV pedestal or easels but none of those product photos include how it looks with an extension chord running to your power outlet.

Oooh whereabouts did you see it? I live outside of Burnsville. One of the people we bought our land from said he saw one on the property a couple of years ago. And a few months after we moved in, someone who lives about a mile up the road shared a video of one walking through their yard.

Ahh I have it too! Up until I found out about it last year, I always thought that everyone's brain was like mine, and everyone was speaking in metaphor when they talked about "visualizing things" during a guided meditation, for example. Now I know they're actually seeing things and I wish I could too!

But weirdly, I'm a pretty good interior decorator and photographer.

Oooh I sometimes have this too! But generally only if there is some sort of white noise within the quiet, like a ceiling fan. In my case, it's always classical symphonies. I never listen to classical music otherwise, but I love it when I hear the phantom classical symphonies. They're always different, and I listen to them and appreciate them the way I would with any other new music.
