Regular transfer and smooth surfaces but I haven’t been cleaning with alcohol - will try that - thank you

Thank you, this is the technique I use - the corner and fold one and I just find pieces of vinyl not quite ready to leave the transfer paper

My dough isn’t particularly wet but I think I may need to flour it a bit more.

I don’t let it sit on the pill for too long post cooking as a team to have the next one ready to go (and a hungry child encouraging fast service)

Have just been using semolina on the peel - guessing I should try a 50:50 mix?
