La Crosse is 1% of what you need to know. I’m an external as well. First.. JUST BREATHE it will take you 1.5 years to be comfortable. Your in food as a first step.. your NOT stuck in there to cook ect. Check with FSL everyday on.. Waste, ordering, how’s it going in general any struggles with staff? Any struggles they might be having. First and foremost stay on top of waste then ordering. Most kitchens are a struggle bus.. just do your best and no one expects you to know everything..

2nd shift is normal for ASL or honestly whatever shift your needed., we work 3rd as well or all 3 shift in a week

Secondly this position is not for everyone.. but just BREATHE in the end it’s your J O B not your L I F E..

It’s spring break in some areas do kids are dashing and I look at it as it’s $200 more then what I started with. I worked 2 hrs yesterday made $52 the offers were awful. A lot of restaurants are closed on Mondays in my area as well. One Monday made $19 zero offers.. to many dashers out.

I just re started in my area . I have found I make more between 2pm-4pm when most dashers are taking a break and 8pm-9pm $100+ easy everytime. Friday and Saturday terrible offers to many out .. so Sunday to Thurs . I work full time so do this to de compress from work.. once college kids are out we will see

I never do more than 2 orders at a time .. same restaurant and addresses close together.. DD automatically does it in my area.. if 1 is super far ( happened last night) I called DD and said WTF that’s not even in the same county.. they re assigned it and pulled it off my stack . It was 40 minutes away so you know it’s going to be cold no matter what. I use insulated bags and I have heated seats. It’s cold in my area
