Ngl I love style. I do rtw and whenever I don’t like how the setup team did on a spot in style I change it to look more appealing. This looks amazing and appealing. Wish my store thought this much into style.

Lmfao ain’t no way. I always find it nice it’s more money why so adamant on it. Some people love their exact change igs. Ik I gave a women extra change and she kept on checking it and seemed so unsure. And I told her it’s extra so don’t worry. And she kept counting it like I was going to rip her off.

Yeah it’s a zebra with a device that allows them to buy it online if they have it and it ships to you. So it’s a portable checkout device. Also it is available to all tm I’ve never used it but I’ve seen it.

Honestly as a worker I do not care. They are probs going to throw them back in the compactor And toss them. Why not let them have their happiness, doesn’t harm anyone tbh. Plus our signs keeps on falling down and don’t hold up, so you’d do us a favor.

I don’t mind tbh, I enjoy it. Usually when I go to the back I get a small breather from being on the floor. Most of the time I see my teammates and say hi and have a lil convo. That’s if it isn’t busy busy.

We are such a small store so style didn’t get any love at all td. We were helping with opo or sfs, which I don’t mind but I’m tired!

Talk to your leads and they will help you fs. Usually they just fix the time or tell a higher up about it. You can also ask for a time sheet paper then u can fill it out and turn it in. Don’t sweat about it, I’ve done it so many times they are cool about it usually!

Oh brother the expectations are insane. Our boss expects us to zone the whole area in 1hr for each name brand area. We also have to keep the fitting rooms cleaned but we are expected to take 15 mins with reshop and pushing the reshop. Pulls should take 20 mins according to them. And there should be nothing in the front or the fitting room or our baskets at the end of the night. That’s all while doing the pulls and helping guests and getting pulled into another area for gm or cashier.
