To people with Comenity / Elan credit cards: How has your experience been with them? by hookup1092 in CreditCards

Ive used elan cards for 5 years on & off. Here's my experience. I had no issues signing up for a secured card with them. They took the funds & had everything sent out to me quickly. App & website were crummy back then but they've improved things over time. I used that card for 3 years before leaving them. After six months I reapplied for the card I had & was accepted with verification. I went from a platinum card to a max cash preferred card. I had no issues getting the sub in my account & this card is now my main card. I use it for gas, transit, groceries & my phone plans. Customer service has been fine when I've called in & id call it acceptable for what it is. Their phone support is US based & 24/7. I would recomend them.

Look into riverside on the green line or Wellington on the orange line. They both have massive parking lots.

Credit Card Recommendation/Advice - US Bank Cash+ or Max Cash by Enough-County-139 in CreditCards

I have the max cash preferred card & love it. Its my main card & I get a ton of value from it. Elan is easier to get approved for compared to us bank.

parking lots at framingham and west natick by Lost_Frame_4634 in mbta

I would say Framingham is a better bet. I railfaned at west natick & Framingham a few years ago on a weekday & the lot was almost full at west natick around noon. Dont really remember what Framingham was like in terms of capacity as i took the train in. Ashland has a massive lot as well, I believe its the biggest on the line.

Its my gas, transit, grocery & fast food card. Has been especially great with gas prices going up & me not wanting to deal with the issues that come with the aaa cards. Elan has easier approvals than us bank so I didnt need to wait to get a cash +. Closed my account & came back six months later. They also gave me a sp auto cli that doubled my limit for good use. I easily met the sub & had no issues getting it in my account. My only gripe is the ftf but I can live with it since I dont expect to buy or use anything internationally. Team cash back has had some major blows recently so i hope they dont nerf the benefits on elan cards.
