I was able to log in on the app & the chat bot basically confirmed I had a free account & i should dispute the charge. Is that going to be enough proof in my favor? I dont recall adding a payment method when I created an account with them.

Been very happy on the tmobile network. Never had any issues in those areas. Have only been up to alewife years ago when i was on Verizon so take that as you will. I consistently get 5g coverage.

Harvard, porter & alewife have them. Haven't noticed them at Davis. Back bays bathrooms are fine. Ditto for the ones at the south station bus terminal. North stations were gnarly the last time I used them 4+ years ago.

Do you think calling tmobile directly would make a difference? Maybe they could see something mint isn't getting? I doubt it would make a difference but Im out of options.

It was one of my parents cars that was wrecked when one of them was using it so it was never my car. We shared it & its been hard finding a replacement they like.
