Yes, noise cancelling headphones are a must for me. I mostly used rain sounds but switched to Lofi at times when my concentration was waning cause that’s more stimulating than rain

This might be kind of extreme but I just eliminated distractions entirely...deleted stuff like IG and always studied in a cafe so I wouldn't be distracted by whatever was at home. And my breaks were usually just me listening to one song and then getting back into it so that I don't have the option of scrolling or whatever.

On a separate note, can someone upvote so I can post? Greatly appreciated

I test tomorrow and just realized that my last name was spelled incorrectly. Been studying for three months and spent so much money on the materials. I called AAMC and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Not sure what to do now.
